Rules & Competition Guidelines
1. Team Composition & Eligibility
Each team can have between 2 to 5 members enrolled in recognized school, high school, or college institutions across Nepal.
2. Hardware Specifications
Max dimensions: 25cm x 25cm x 25cm. Max weight: 2.5kg. Max operational voltage: 12V DC. Pre-assembled ready-to-run commercial toys are strictly prohibited.
3. Scoring & Penalties
Track race scoring is calculated by lap completion time minus track boundary penalty points. Touching the arena carries a 5-second penalty.

Main Hall: National Robotics Arena, Kathmandu, Nepal
Parking: Free designated campus parking available for all registered teams and buses.
Facilities: 220V power outlets at each team bench, Wi-Fi connectivity, cafeteria, and emergency medical station.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can individual students register or is it team only? ↓
Individual students can register and will be matched with other solo participants to form an official team during registration.
Are hardware kits provided on the spot? ↓
Teams are encouraged to bring their own robotics kits. A RoboTech Nepal Maker Kit spare parts counter is available on-site for emergency components.
What certificates and awards are provided? ↓
All registered participants receive official Certificates of Participation. Winners receive cash prizes, trophies, medals, and robotics scholarship grants.
